I am a So-Cal lawyer and martial arts instructor and student.
I am the co-founder and managing partner of a Southern California law firm that focuses primarily on litigation, including high stakes litigation. I handle cases in all Southern California state courts. I am also licensed to practice in Federal District Court, and have litigated criminal and civil cases in the Central (OC/LA) and Southern Districts (San Diego).
My civil litigation practice includes catastrophic personal injury cases (e.g., wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, burn injuries, etc.), business matters (e.g., business formation services, business representation, and business consulting) and employment litigation (e.g., wrongful termination, wage & hour, hostile work environment, etc.).
In my criminal defense practice I represent people accused of all sorts of criminal conduct. I believe it is my job to get my client the best outcome possible based on the facts that are given to me. I have a passion for criminal law and have successfully helped countless people facing long odds in criminal court. My undergraduate degree is in criminal justice and I particularly enjoy litigating criminal defense matters.
I have been training in martial arts for more than 25 years, and I am as passionate about martial arts now as I have ever been. I have had the privilege and the honor to train with world class instructors and students. I approach martial arts with an open mind, ready to learn new things every day.
